Straw Poll Liveblog

All day today, I liveblogged from the Ames Straw Poll on Iowa Independent. I think/hope that I did a reasonable job. I’m pretty sure I gave Marc Ambinder and Jonathan Martin a run for their money, but we’ll see. When we were waiting for results to come, we were getting something like 3,500 requests an hour. And I was the first to suggest that there might be a voting machine problem, which turned out to be true.

Anyway, I’m spent. Go there and reap the benefits of my blood, sweat, and tears.

Oh, and Romney won, and Huckabee got second.
